FAQ
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. Your spot is not fully reserved until the payment has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. For your convenience, payments can be made via credit card, Zelle, or Venmo.
How many family members can participate in the session?
The session includes up to 5 family members for the standard investment of $300. Additional family members can be added for $25 each. For families with more than 8 members, we recommend booking two consecutive time slots.
Can I bring my pets to the session?
Absolutely! We’d love to include your furry friends in the session. Pets are more than welcome to join in the fun!
How many images will I receive?
You will receive all the best images from your session! While I guarantee a minimum of 25 edited images, most galleries include more. The exact number will depend on the participation and cooperation of everyone involved.
How long will it take to receive my gallery?
Your gallery will be delivered within 10 days of your session. Due to the quick turnaround of mini sessions, sneak peeks will not be provided, but you'll have your full gallery in just 10 days. Your photos will be delivered via email in a password-protected gallery, and you’ll have full rights to print, post, and share the images as you wish.
Can I order personalized Christmas cards?
Yes! After receiving your online gallery, you can select your favorite image to order custom holiday cards. Cards are printed in high quality and delivered to your doorstep within 10 to 15 business days.
Can I purchase a physical photo album or custom prints?
Yes! You can easily order high-quality photo albums, holiday cards, and professional prints directly through your private online gallery after your session.
